Not happy with something?

We're sorry to take notice of something about our service is making you unhappy.

 

Once the things go wrong, we want to know so we can correct them as quickly as possible.

We make great efforts to provide you with the best possible service.

So, if you feel it’s not up to scratch, we want to hear from you.

Complaints Code 

Our complaints procedure will give you an opportunity to tell us what's gone wrong so we can correct it, and offer you a better service in the future.

​    We try our very best to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated either by a text message, email, or phone call, to let you know the outcome of your complaint and how we can help to resolve it.

 

We’ll do our very best to resolve all complaints within 14 days.

 

We’ve made every attempt to make the complaints procedure as simple as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

 

If you've raised your complaint by using our online form then you’ll receive a reply with a complaint reference number - so it’s easy to track.

 

You can also let someone else raise a complaint on your behalf, as long as we have a confirmation that you've given them permission.
